Camping De Merenburger is a small and cozy (mini) family campsite. There are 19 fixed seasonal sites and furthermore, there is space for some tents ( no caravans or campers) in the middle area. There are sanitary facilities (shower/toilet) and electricity at the campsite. There is no camp store or canteen but in Stompwijk (about 3km) is a supermarket.
The campsite is situated in a rural area, between the meadows and surrounded by trees. The children can enjoy free pedal go-karts, swinging, and playing on the lawn. There is a small animal field with chickens, goats, and ponies. The campsite is on the waterfront, offering plenty of opportunities for boating and fishing. Renting rowing boats, motor boats and canoes is possible and dogs are allowed if they are kept on a leash.
De Merenburger is also a good base for cyclists with numerous cycle paths and sign posted routes in the area.
The campsite is open from 1 April until 1 November.
